Respect for intellectual property

Customers may upload artwork only when they own it or have permission to reproduce it. GSPressHQ may remove or restrict reported content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.

Report claimed infringement

Send a written report to support@gspresshq.com containing:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
• identification and location of the material you want removed;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its former location, include your contact information and signature, and contain the statements and consent to jurisdiction required by applicable law. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties.

Copyright reports and counter-notices are legal communications. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability. Consider speaking with an attorney before submitting one.
