GSPressHQ Privacy Policy

Information we collect
We collect account and contact information; vendor business, integration, plan, and billing status information; customer email addresses; uploaded artwork and gang-sheet configuration; order and payment-status references; support communications; and technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, and service logs. For Shopify orders, GSPressHQ stores the shop domain, Shopify shop and order identifiers, and order number needed to connect payment to a gang sheet. We do not request the Shopify customer's name, phone number, or address. Payment processors and connected commerce platforms may collect payment credentials directly; GSPressHQ receives transaction identifiers and status needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts; process artwork and generate gang sheets; connect customers, vendors, orders, and recovery links; operate integrations; calculate usage and billing; communicate about the service; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; enforce our agreements; and comply with law.
How information is shared
Customer order information and artwork are shared with the applicable print shop. We also share information with service providers that host data, process files, deliver email, prevent abuse, support connected checkout, process payments, or help us operate GSPressHQ. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Generated print files and previews are removed after the print shop's configured retention period, which is 60 days by default. Shopify order and draft-order identifiers are removed when the linked print files expire. Customer records and their source artwork are removed after 24 months without customer activity. Shopify webhook delivery identifiers are retained for 12 months to prevent duplicate processing and are then deleted. Account, billing, security, support, and legal records may be retained longer when needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may update certain account and integration settings in GSPressHQ. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention requirements. GSPressHQ also receives Shopify's mandatory customer data-access, customer-redaction, and shop-redaction requests. We provide matching customer-linked records to the applicable print shop and remove customer or Shopify integration data as required. Vendors are independently responsible for responding to requests concerning customer data they control.
Children and international use
GSPressHQ is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
