GSPressHQ Terms of Service

1. Agreement and accounts

By creating a GSPressHQ vendor account, accessing a customer builder, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. A vendor is responsible for activity under its account and for the customer-facing shop it operates through GSPressHQ.

2. What GSPressHQ provides

GSPressHQ provides software for uploading, configuring, arranging, reviewing, and preparing artwork for gang-sheet production. Unless GSPressHQ expressly identifies itself as the seller, the print shop—not GSPressHQ—sets customer prices, accepts or confirms payment, prints the artwork, and handles fulfillment, refunds, and customer service.

3. Artwork and other content

You keep any ownership rights you have in content you upload. You represent and warrant that you own the content or have all permissions needed to upload, reproduce, modify, print, sell, and otherwise use it for the requested order, and that the content and requested use do not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You grant GSPressHQ and the applicable print shop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, cache, transmit, resize, arrange, render, and otherwise technically process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to prepare or fulfill the requested order. You are responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any required releases or licenses.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use GSPressHQ to violate law or third-party rights; upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious material; distribute malware; interfere with the service; evade access or usage limits; scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service; or create accounts or traffic through automated or deceptive means. GSPressHQ may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the service, or the public.

5. Print files and customer review

Gang-sheet layouts, previews, background removal, resolution warnings, dimensions, colors, and automated arrangements require customer and print-shop review. Screen previews may differ from final output. You are responsible for checking artwork, sizing, quantity, placement, transparency, and print readiness before submitting or printing. GSPressHQ does not guarantee that low-resolution, incorrectly configured, or unsuitable source artwork will produce a particular result.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Vendor subscription prices, included usage, trial limits, renewal terms, overages, and cancellation options are shown in the applicable plan and billing flow. Customer order prices and payment terms are set by the applicable print shop. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fulfillment disputes are the responsibility of the party identified as the seller in the transaction.

7. Copyright reports

GSPressHQ may remove or restrict content that it reasonably believes infringes intellectual-property rights and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Instructions for reporting content and submitting a counter-notice appear in the Copyright Policy.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

GSPressHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every automated result will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSPressHQ disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow all disclaimers, so some of these terms may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSPressHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, production time, or business opportunity. GSPressHQ’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount the affected vendor paid GSPressHQ for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify GSPressHQ and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your products or fulfillment, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

11. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the effective version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
